There are 3 or 4 real patterns in the book that are done well, but the rest of the book is rudimentary pencil-line drawings of various, mostly Baltimore-style squares. To be able to use the patterns, you'd have to look at the 1" x 1" drawi|About the Author|Barbara Brackman has written numerous books about quilts and the history of quilts and fabrics. She also designs reproduction fabrics, is a consultant for museums, and a member of the Quilter's Hall of Fame.
