It has nice photos and some good information, but I think there is a good deal of information lacking, some mis-information, and some definite author biases that lower its value for me. Therefore, I think the price I paid w|About the Author|John Gosling studied violin making, restoration and repair at Newark School of Violin Making. He then started Chapel Violins workshop in Newark and soon after opened his own school there, offering a variety of repair and restoration courses, tra
